Avoid the heater near cables or flammable materials and maintain good ventilation.

Single temperature type: 0℃-60℃, suitable for single cooling or heating control.

Dual temperature type: 0℃ to 60℃, realizing two-way adjustment of heating and cooling.

Humidity controller: 30%-90% RH, used for moisture-proof or drying control.

The accuracy is ±5℃, and the response time is about 5 seconds

The switch capacity is usually 10A to 16A, suitable for general equipment load.

The contact resistance should be less than 50mΩ, and regular inspection should be performed to ensure good contact.

The current range of the connector is generally 32A to 2000A. When selecting, confirm the actual load demand and safety margin.

Tinned copper: good corrosion resistance, suitable for high humidity environments.

Use spring-loaded clamps or flexible connectors to absorb thermal expansion and avoid loose joints.

Perform short-circuit withstand test according to IEC 61439 standard to simulate current shock under extreme load.

Install thermal stickers or temperature sensors to monitor joint temperature changes in real time and trigger alarms when exceeding the threshold.

Select according to the installation environment:

Output voltage: Need to match the load equipment requirements.

Frequency: Confirm the input power frequency (50Hz or 60Hz).

Class A: General industrial occasions;

Class B: Medium high temperature environment;

Class F/H: Suitable for high temperature or harsh environment.

Configure fast fuses or circuit breakers to ensure that the current is cut off in time when a short circuit occurs.

According to the standard: the total cross-sectional area of the cable should be less than 40%-60% of the cross-sectional area of the cable trough, leaving space for heat dissipation and maintenance.

Choose according to environmental requirements:

Indoor: IP44;

Outdoor or industrial scene: IP66

DIN rails must comply with the EN 60715 standard, and steel or aluminum rails should be selected according to the actual total load weight.

The resistance of all grounding points should be less than 5Ω, and a grounding resistance tester should be used for regular inspection.

Color temperature range: 4000K-6000K, providing comfortable working lighting;

Voltage compatibility: matching control voltage (12V/24V/220V).
