DC fans

Leipole DC fans are 24V DC axial cooling fans for DC-powered industrial enclosures, control panels, power supplies and low-voltage electronic equipment. Ball-bearing and sleeve/ball-bearing versions provide stable, continuous airflow in compact frame sizes from 80mm to 162mm.

The range delivers 64 to 290 m³/h of free-blowing airflow at low power consumption and low noise. The 162x55mm model uses a die-cast aluminum frame with black anti-corrosion finish and is CE certified. Select the frame size by the space available in your enclosure and the airflow you need.

What supply voltage do DC fans need?

All DC fans listed here run on 24V DC. For equipment powered from AC mains, see our AC fans or EC fans.

Which frame sizes and airflow are available?

Four models are available: 80x80x24mm (64 m³/h), 92x92x25mm (93 m³/h), 119.5×119.5×38.5mm (195 m³/h) and 162x55mm (290 m³/h). The table above lists the order number, bearing and dimensions of each.

Ball bearing or sleeve bearing?

Most models use ball bearings. The 92mm model F2E-92S/B-24 is offered with a sleeve or a ball bearing; choose the ball bearing version for a longer service life in continuous operation.

How do I choose the right fan size?

Match the fan airflow to the heat load and the allowed temperature rise of your enclosure, and check that the frame fits the available mounting space. You can use our airflow calculator or contact technical support for a recommendation.

Are DC fans certified?

The DC fans in this range are CE certified, and the frame sizes are designed according to IEC61858 Grade B insulation.
